Of all the tools in my kitchen, my Instant Pot gets the most use. I’ve got slow cookers in my cabinets, but I don’t think I’ve used them once since getting my Instant Pot a few years ago… Our mornings are chaotic, so I don’t have time to get something into a crock pot and leave 6-8 hours of cook time. The Instant Pot allows me to get that slow cooker taste, in a fraction of the time. I know that the Instant Pot can be scary to many people, so I wanted to share 10 of my go-to Instant Pot dinner recipes!
