If you’re a tech loving mama that’s looking for a new way to organize her to-do list, it’s time for you to meet my favorite task management app: Asana! It’s the best app (that I’ve found) to help combat the feeling of overwhelm that usually accompanies a long to-do list. Oh, and did I mention: IT’S FREE!

What I love about Asana:
- It’s FREE!
- The free level even allows you to add in contributors (or “teammates” as they’re called in Asana). Perfect for when you need to share tasks with a colleague, spouse/partner, or caretaker.
- You can access it via an app on your phone AND on your desktop. And yes, everything synchs up beautifully between the two!
- Items can be color coded in the app, and are organized by “project”. Perfect for when you’re keeping track of multiple children, businesses, and/or things around the house.
- You have a lot of “view” options: list, calendar or boards (think Trello). And the best part is, no matter what view option you start with, you can always toggle between all three!
- I love that I can drag and drop tasks as I need to. So if “life happens”, I can simply pick-up tasks and drop them on a new day. This is also really helpful when you’re trying to balance your workload: that color coded visual makes it very clear what days have too much, or too little.
- It synchs with your Google account, so there’s no need to remember a separate log-in.
